ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 20 -- General Electric, Schenectady, New York, has been assigned a patent (9,732,761) developed by two co-inventors for an "airfoil shape for a compressor." The co-inventors are Ya-Tien Chiu, Greer, South Carolina, and John David Dyer, Greenville, South Carolina.
