ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 27 -- Headwater Partners, Tyler, Texas, has been assigned a patent (9,351,190) developed by two co-inventors for "interference characterization based on scheduling a transmission mode." The co-inventors are Jose Tellado, Mountain View, California, and Gregory G. Raleigh, Woodside, California.
