ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 24 -- 3M Innovative Properties, St. Paul, Minnesota, has been assigned a patent (8,865,493) developed by Tommie W. Kelley, Shoreview, Minnesota, Andrew J. Ouderkirk, Singapore, and Catherine A. Leatherdale, Woodbury, Minnesota, for a "method of making double-sided wavelength converter and light generating device using same."
