GENEVA, Nov. 29 - Richard P. Welle of Huntington Beach, Calif., has developed fast acting valve apparatuses.
According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the invention relates generally to "devices and valves for controlling fluid or gas flow and, in particular, to fast acting devices and valves."
