ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 29 -- Dennis S. Fernandez of Atherton, Calif., has developed an ornamental design for a ring, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office announced.

The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. D581,308 on Nov. 25.
