GENEVA, Oct. 27 - Alexander Alexandrovich Mikheyev of Tula, Russia, has developed a power engineering.
According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the invention relates to "power engineering and can be used for converting wind energy substantially into electric energy. The inventive power plant comprises at least two infinitely closed flexible transmissions, which form an external traction contour."
