WIPO: Inventor in Russia Develops Heat-Steam Internal Combustion Engine Operating Method

GENEVA, Oct. 27 - Evgeny Jakovlevich Pigalyov of Ivanovo, Russia, has developed a method for operating a heat-steam internal combustion engine.
According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the invention relates to a "method for operating a heat-steam internal combustion engine and to a device for carrying out said method, to the fuel and energy and transport industries and can be used in internal combustion engines."
