ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 25 -- David L. Thorn, William Tumas, P. Jeffrey Hay, Daniel E. Schwarz and Thomas M. Cameron, all from Los Alamos, N.M., have developed a method for evolving hydrogen.
