GENEVA, Oct. 25 - Edwin Aronds of Gorinchem, Netherlands, has developed a rotor device.
According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the present invention relates to a "rotor device for use in the production of wind energy, comprising - at least one rotor shaft which can be arranged substantially transversely of the wind during use, - at least two rotor blades which are coupled to the rotor shaft."
