GENEVA, Oct. 25 - Manuel Buxade Hernandez of Nuevo Leon, Mexico, has developed a depressuriser.
According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the invention relates to a "depressuriser in the form of a passive device which is installed upstream of the expansion valve or capillary tube in a cooling or air conditioning system and which reduces the temperature of the liquid coolant originating from the water- or air-cooled condenser by at least 1°C, . . .
