WIPO: Inventor in Japan Develops Fuel Saving Running Vehicle Utilizing Inertia

GENEVA, Oct. 25 - Hiromitu Tada of Osaka, Japan, has developed a fuel saving running vehicle utilizing inertia.
According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the invention relates to "fuel is saved by storing surplus energy for run resistance horse power in a flywheel and utilizing it in inertial running."
