WIPO: Inventors in New York, Pennsylvania, Belgium Develop Passive Radio-Frequency Identification Elements

GENEVA, Oct. 25 - John D. Downie and Richard E. Wagner both of Painted Post, N.Y., James S. Sutherland of Corning, N.Y., Mark P. Taylor of Montour Falls, N.Y., Matthew S. Whiting of Lawrenceville, Pa., and Leo Derlof of Antwerpen, Belgium, have developed passive passive radio-frequency identification (RFID) elements having visual indicators.
