ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 24 -- David J. Simons of Modesto, Calif., Charles R. Carrigan of Tracy, Calif., Philip E. Harben of Livermore, Calif., Craig A. Schultz of Danville, Calif., and Barry A. Kirkendall of Golden, Colo., have developed electrical sources locating sensor.
