BATON ROUGE, Louisiana, Nov. 20 -- The Louisiana Democratic Party issued the following news release:
Today, the Louisiana Democratic Party congratulated New Orleans Mayor-Elect LaToya Cantrell. Cantrell will be the first Black woman to serve as mayor of the Big Easy.
