WASHINGTON, Oct. 20 -- The National Republican Senatorial Committee issued the following news release:
Joe Manchin spent a lot of time over the past three months courting out-of-state millionaires, and it shows in his Q3 campaign finance report.
The report, covering July - September, shows that just 12% of Manchin's individual contributions came from West Virginians. Manchin actually raised more money from both New York and California than he did from the Mountain State . . .
