WASHINGTON, Oct. 19 -- AARP issued the following statement by CEO Jo Ann Jenkins in response to the bipartisan agreement proposed by Sens. Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn., and Patty Murray, D-Wash., to help stabilize the individual health insurance market:
