JUNEAU, Alaska, Aug. 17 -- The Alaska Regulatory Commission issued the following order (U-16-112 (4)) accepting corporate guaranty and closing a docket of the joint application filed by Corix Infrastructure (US), Inland Pacific Resources, Fairbanks Sewer and Water, Corix NewHoldco and Corix Utility Systems (Alaska) to acquire a controlling interest in Doyon Utilities from Fairbanks Sewer and Water to Corix Utility Systems (Alaska):
