WASHINGTON, Aug. 16 -- The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued the following recall alert on batteries in refurbished cellphones:

Name of product: Batteries in refurbished cellphones

Hazard: The cellphone battery can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards.

Remedy: Replace
