SANTA FE, N.M., June 26 -- The New Mexico Democratic Party issued the following statement by Chair Richard Ellenberg on the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office announced that at least 22 million Americans are expected to lose their health coverage under the Senate Republican healthcare repeal:
