WASHINGTON, March 31 -- Rep. Vicky Hartzler, R-Mo. (4th CD), issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler responded to a Government Accountability Office (GAO) report released on Wednesday which reveals that over the course of three years (FY2010-FY2012) almost $500 million in federal taxpayer dollars went to fund abortion advocacy groups. These groups, such as Planned Parenthood, which received a bulk of those funds, also received about $1.2 billion in funding . . .
