AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 2 -- The Texas Democratic Party issued the following news release:
This morning, Texas Democratic Party Chairman Gilberto Hinojosa and Executive Director Will Hailer announced that Emmanuel Garcia is stepping down as the Communications Director. Garcia will be joining the Leticia Van de Putte for Mayor of San Antonio Campaign as a Senior Strategist.
The Texas Democratic Party is promoting Rachel Boyer to Press Secretary on the communications team . . .
