ITHACA, N.Y., Nov. 25 -- The Tompkins County Legislature issued the following news:
The Government Operations Committee of the Tompkins County Legislature tonight recommended that the Legislature proclaim February 10, 2015 as the date of the Special Election to fill the District 9 Legislature vacancy created by the resignation of Legislator Brian Robison.
Legislator Robison will resign, effective November 30, to accept Sheriff Ken Lansing's appointment as Tompkins C . . .
