INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 29 -- The office of Sen. Dan Coats, R-Ind., issued the following news release:
Senator Dan Coats (R-Ind.), a member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, today responded to President Obama's comments last night on 60 Minutes that the U.S. intelligence community underestimated the rise of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS):
"The same White House that said al-Qaeda was decimated is now trying to blame the intelligence communi . . .
