WASHINGTON, April 26 -- Rep. Robert C. Scott, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:

Representatives Robert C. "Bobby" Scott (VA-03) and Mark DeSaulnier (CA-10) sent a letterto U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland urging the Department of Justice to immediately address rampant sexual assault that took place at the recently closed Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Dublin, California.
