TAMPA, Florida, April 20 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release:
U.S. District Judge James S. Moody has sentenced Rupert G. McLendon, III (51, Tampa) to 90 days in federal prison, followed by 2 years of supervised release, for conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
