NEW YORK, March 20 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York issued the following news release on March 19, 2024:
Damian Williams, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced that MENDEL ZILBERBERG was sentenced today to 30 months in prison in connection with a scheme to obtain a fraudulent $1.4 million loan from Park Avenue Bank.
