WASHINGTON, Dec. 28 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following dissent on Dec. 26, 2023, by Commissioner Mark C. Christie on a decision (Docket No. ER24-232-000) involving N.Y. Transco's application including incentives and return on equity:
