WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 -- The U.S. Telecom Association issued the following statement by CEO Jonathan Spalter after Federal Communications Commission Chairman Ajit Pai announced he has circulated a report and order on Restoring Internet Freedom that would reverse the agency's 2015 decision to regulate broadband Internet access service under Title II of the Communications Act:
