PORTLAND, Oregon, Nov. 21 -- The Center for Biological Diversity issued the following news release:

The Center for Biological Diversity is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of those responsible for the illegal killing of OR-23, a 4-and-a-half-year-old gray wolf in Wallowa County.
