PATCHOGUE, N.Y., Aug. 21 -- Rep. Lee Zeldin, R-N.Y., a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement in anticipation of President Trump's speech, where Trump is expected to outline his strategy in Afghanistan:
