PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 21 -- The Pennsylvania House Democrats issued the following news release:
State Rep. Vanessa Lowery Brown, D-Phila., announced that she has been selected to serve on the board of the National Conference of State Legislatures. Brown will serve as the at-large Democratic representative on the executive board of the Women's Legislative Network of the NCSL.
