MOSCOW, Feb. 27 -- Gazprom issued the following news release:
Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, and Mikhail Smirnov, Chief Executive Officer of United Heavy Machinery Plants (OMZ), today signed an Agreement of Cooperation at the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi.
