ITS America Issues Statement on President Trump's Infrastructure Plans

WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 -- The Intelligent Transportation Society of America issued the following statement by President and CEO Regina Hopper on President Trump's infrastructure plans that was detailed in the joint address to Congress:
