Washington State Democrats Issues Statement on Trump Holding Public Rally in Washington

SEATTLE, Aug. 25 -- The Washington State Democratic Party issued the following statement by Chair Jaxon Ravens after it was reported that Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump will likely hold a public rally in Everett:

"Donald Trump's xenophobic, Islamophobic and downright scary campaign has no place in Washington state.

"Washington values diversity, inclusion, and respect and compassion for others -- everything Donald Trump disregards and abhors . . .
