JOHNSON CITY, Tenn., May 27 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tenn., (1st CD), issued the following news release:
Today, Rep. Phil Roe, M.D. (R-TN) congratulated Northeast State Community College on being selected by the Department of Education as a Dual Enrollment experimental site. This designation allows certain low-income high school students taking courses for college credit to be eligible for federal Pell Grant funds in the 2016-2017 school year.
