WASHINGTON, Sept. 2 -- The Federal Reserve issued the following news release:
The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Osceola Bancorporation, Inc., Osceola, Wisconsin, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
