WASHINGTON, Sept. 2 -- The Federal Reserve issued the following news release:
The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between First National Bancorporation of Stoughton, Inc., Stoughton, Wisconsin, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
