WASHINGTON, Sept. 2 -- The Federal Reserve issued the following news release:
The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced its approval of the applications under the Bank Merger Act and the Federal Reserve Act by Metcalf Bank, Lee's Summit, Missouri, to acquire certain assets and assume certain liabilities of four branches of The First National Bank of Olathe, Olathe, Kansas, and to establish and operate branches at those locations.
