MADISON, Wis., May 14 -- The Wisconsin Lt. Gov. Barbara Lawton issued the following news release:

Lieutenant Governor Barbara Lawton will address National Guard Bureau State Partnership Program (SPP) Directors convened through the Defense Institute of Security Assistance Management (DISAM) at 10:45 a.m. EST on Monday, May 17 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Fairborn, Ohio.
