CAPE CANAVERAL AIR FORCE STATION, Fla., May 14 -- The U.S. Air Force Network Integration Center issued the following news release:
The U.S. Air Force's 45th Space Wing provided flawless Eastern Range support for NASA's successful launch of the final scheduled flight of Space Shuttle Atlantis today. The launch occurred at 2:20 p.m. (EDT) from Space Launch Complex 39A at Kennedy Space Center.
