PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo., May 13 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Northern Command issued the following news release:
North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command will welcome Vice Adm. James A. Winnefeld, Jr. as its new commander during a change of command ceremony at 9:45 a.m., May 19, in Hangar 1 on Peterson AFB, Colo.
