HARRISBURG, Pa., April 26 -- The Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office issued the following news release:
The Attorney General's Health Care Section has filed a lawsuit against a southwestern Pennsylvania couple and their hearing aid businesses, who are accused of preying on consumers - especially senior citizens - by selling hearing aids to people who did not need them, not performing state-required hearing tests before selling products, using testing equipment that was not prop . . .
