CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., April 17 -- Southeast Missouri State University issued the following news release:
Dr. Margaret Noe, associate chancellor for access and equal opportunity and associate professor of educational leadership at the University of Illinois at Springfield has been named dean of the College of Education at Southeast Missouri State University.
Noe replaces Dr. I. Sue Shepard who is retiring. Noe will begin her new duties at Southeast July 1.
