LAS CRUCES, N.M., Dec. 16 -- The city of Las Cruces issued the following news release:
Las Cruces Police arrested a suspect in a smash and grab burglary that occurred Dec. 9 at Adams Car Care Center on Valley Drive.
Justin Elder, 27, of the 800 block of Brownlee Avenue, was arrested Dec. 12 after investigators determined he was responsible for the Adams Car Care Center burglary. Elder was charged with one count of non-residential burglary and was being held at the D . . .
