ELIZABETH CITY, N.C., Dec. 10 -- Elizabeth City State University issued the following press release:
The ROTC at Elizabeth City State University will commission two cadets as 2nd Lieutenant in the U. S. Army at 11 a.m. on December 12 in the theater of the Ridley Student Center: Jesse Deanda, a native of Creswell, NC, and Jeremy White, a native of Elizabeth City, NC.
