SAMARRA, Iraq, Nov. 26 -- The U.S. Army 1st Armored Division issued the following news release:
A local citizen's tip led a Sons of Iraq leader to a large cache near Samarra Nov. 23.
The Sons of Iraq leader turned the cache over to Soldiers from the 2nd Battalion, 35th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division for safe disposal.
