AKRON, Pa., Nov. 7 -- The Mennonite Central Committee issued the following news release:
Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) is planning to provide $280,000 in aid to people affected by war in the eastern region of the Democratic Republic of Congo, where escalating violence is driving hundreds of thousands from their homes.
