BALAD, Iraq, Nov. 27 -- The U.S. Army 1st Armored Division issued the following news release:
A Rutbah Special Weapons and Tactics unit, with Coalition forces advisors, arrested a suspected al-Qaeda in Iraq cell leader during an operation Nov. 24.
Operating under the authority of a Rawah Judge warrant, Iraqi Security Forces arrested the alleged cell leader and five additional suspected cell members.
