BATON ROUGE, La., Nov. 11 -- East Baton Rouge Parish Schools has issued the following news release:
This week, Cadet Maj. Kimberly C. Robert of Tara High School was named the winner of the East Baton Rouge Parish School System's (EBRPSS) 2008-2009 LET 3 Cadet of the Year Board. The award is part of the Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) program. Belaire High School and its JROTC unit hosted the event.
Robert is a demonstrated leader as exemplified . . .
