ALASKA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD SOLDIER PROMOTED IN MONGOLIA DURING EXERCISE KHAAN QUEST 2008

JUNEAU, Alaska, Sept. 18 -- The Alaska Department of Military and Veterans Affairs issued the following news release:

Kodiak, Alaska, resident and Alaska Army National Guard Soldier Justin Sekarak was promoted from private to private two Sept. 10, during Exercise Khaan Quest 2008.
